I just bought 5,000 CSC and I only got a 10% discount instead of the usual 20%. Was this an intentional change?

omg me too!! i didnt check them last night when i bought the csc, but i got 10% too!

Same for me and when you use it it actually is 10% (have had it before where it said 10% but gave 20% so tested it)...seriously disappointed if this is intentional

I really hope this is just a glitch and not intentional. Especially since there was no mention of it anywhere.

File a ticket. The same thing happened to me recently. It was a glitch, not an intentional change, and I was given the correct code.

No problem. :) I hope it is still just a glitch. I'd have thought there'd be an announcement if the discounts were intentionally reduced.

I heard of a 5% code the other day. I just figured they had decreased them.

As stated above, this can be fixed if you file a ticket. Since this is a ticket issue, I will be locking this up.
